We are a healthcare clinic/school with a diverse staff and the need for extremely dependable IT support. We signed on with Red Road Networks (RRN) in September 2021, due to our IT company at the time consistently not meeting our needs. Since then, we have never looked back! We went from having constant issues and tickets left unresolved, to Chris and his team not only resolving every ticket quickly, but getting our systems in better working order so that we are not putting in tickets nearly as often as we were with our previous IT company. RRN is professional, courteous, and always go above and beyond providing the best service and in the kindest manner! We couldn't be happier we made the decision to sign on with RRN, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for top notch IT support.
